Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer initiatives across our portfolio of brandsBeardhood, Sotrue, and Djokr. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of executing high-impact campaigns. This role will own the influencer marketing function and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies for all APPL brands
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and run targeted influencer campaigns aligned with brand and product goals
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, creative briefs, and approvals
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for optimization
Stay current with influencer marketing trends, content formats, and platform changes
Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Maintain an influencer database and implement performance evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
23 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C or personal care brands
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling influencer programs
Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the grooming, beauty, or lifestyle space is a plus
