Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role involves close coordination with marketing agencies, internal teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & ORM
- Coordinate with digital agencies for social media content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM) platforms and support timely responses to reviews, comments, and queries.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and guidelines are followed across all digital platforms.
Influencer Marketing
- Support influencer identification, planning, and coordination in line with campaign objectives.
- Assist in briefing influencers, tracking deliverables, and evaluating campaign outcomes.
Agency Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and marketing agencies.
- Share briefs, collect creatives, follow up on timelines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
- Collect and share monthly performance reports from agencies.
- Track key marketing metrics across digital platforms. Highlight performance trends, insights, and areas of improvement for internal review.
Strategy & Planning
- Participate in monthly strategy discussions with marketing agencies.
- Contribute ideas, insights, and recommendations for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
- Support campaign planning aligned with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
Regional Content & Marketing Ideas
- Ideate and recommend regional or localized content for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Ensure content tone and messaging align with the target audience and brand identity.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and on-ground teams for content inputs, event updates, and requirements.
- Ensure marketing communication accurately reflects on-ground offerings, experiences, and promotions.
Offline Marketing
- Support execution of offline marketing activities including collaterals, hoardings, branding, and local promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely deployment of offline marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-focused industries
