Role Overview

We are looking for a technically-mindedMarketing Executiveto lead our growth strategies in the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) sector. You will be responsible for positioning our manufacturing capabilities to global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring our brand is synonymous with precision, quality, and engineering excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sector-Specific Strategy:Develop and execute B2B marketing roadmaps targeting the automotive, electronics, and industrial machinery sectors.
  • Technical Content Management:Translate complex HPDC processes (e.g., alloy specifications, cycle times, structural integrity) into compelling marketing collateral and white papers.
  • Digital Lead Generation:Manage SEO/SEM campaigns focused on high-intent manufacturing keywords to drive RFQs (Request for Quotes).
  • Exhibition & Event Leadership:Lead the company's presence at major industrial trade fairs (like ALUCAST or Auto Expo), managing booth design, logistics, and on-site lead capture.
  • Market Intelligence:Analyze competitor capabilities in die casting and monitor shifts in raw material trends (Aluminum/Zinc) to identify new market niches.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline through targeted email automation and LinkedIn outreach to procurement heads and engineering leads.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. A background or diploma inMechanical Engineeringis a significant advantage.
  • Experience:510 years in B2B marketing, ideally within thefoundry, automotive components, or tooling industry.
  • Digital Proficiency:Hands-on experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce or Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics.
  • Technical Communication:Ability to interface with both the production floor (engineers) and the boardroom (stakeholders) to extract and communicate value propositions.
  • Project Management:Proven track record of managing long-cycle marketing projects with high attention to detail.
