Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our healthcare staffing, payroll, and deployment services through direct visits to hospitals and schools. The role involves meeting HR and management teams, understanding their staffing requirements, and generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, and schools across Hyderabad & Telangana
- Meet HR, Admin, and Management teams for in-person discussions
- Present Medico Hub's services including:
- Doctor hiring (AFIH/FMO/Consultants)
- Staff nurse deployment
- Payroll & staffing solutions
- Understand client requirements for:
- On-roll hiring
- Deployment / outsourcing models
- Share proposals and follow up with decision makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and support in deal closures
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
- Willingness to travel and work in field
- Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred (Healthcare/B2B is a plus)
- Ability to interact with senior professionals (HR/Management)
