Marketing Executive – Healthcare Products Sales (Field Role)

Job Summary

RMC Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for highly driven Marketing Executives to promote and sell healthcare consumables such as Venflon, IV injections, ORS powder, tablets, and adult wet wipes.

This is a pure field sales role where the candidate must meet doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and institutional buyers, identify decision-makers, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and meet: 

o Doctors, Clinics, Nursing Homes 

o Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions 

• Connect with: 

o Purchase Managers 

o Hospital Administrators 

o Owners / Decision-makers 

• Generate leads and close sales deals 

• Promote and position products against competitors 

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations 

• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships 

• Develop stockist / distributor network 

• Ensure order execution and payment follow-ups 

• Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Science background preferred 

• Experience: 

o 1–5 years in Pharma / Medical / Healthcare Sales 

o Freshers with strong sales mindset can apply 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Target-oriented and aggressive in closing sales 

• Ability to meet decision-makers and handle pressure

• Willing to work in field sales (daily travel required) 

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred 

• Knowledge of local healthcare market is an advantage
