Key Responsibilities:
1. **Property Marketing:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential or commercial properties.
- Create compelling property listings, including descriptions, photographs, and virtual tours.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as social media, online listings, email campaigns, and print advertising to promote properties.
2. **Client Engagement:**
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and community events to attract clients.
3. **Market Research:**
- Analyze current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Identify target demographics and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs.
4. **Sales Support:**
- Assist clients throughout the buying or renting process, from initial inquiries to closing the deal.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, highlighting property features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales transactions.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, leases, and contracts.

6. **Networking and Relationship Building:**
