Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Qualifications & Competence

Marketing & Lead Support

  • Support digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, email, website updates, and basic SEO initiatives.
  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and email content.
  • Help coordinate campaigns and track basic performance metrics.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update and maintain lead data in the CRM system.
  • Assist in tracking leads received from marketing activities and events.
  • Prepare simple reports on leads and follow-ups for internal review.

Events & Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, industry events, and internal marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with invite lists, event materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Sales & Account Support

  • Coordinate with the sales team to share marketing materials and basic lead information.
  • Assist in maintaining communication with existing customers through emails and updates.

Education & Qualifications

  • BBA / BSc / Any Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, Science, or related fields preferred)
  • MBA not required
  • Freshers are welcome; internships or live project exposure will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies (Trainable But Preferred)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding or interest in marketing, digital platforms, or business development
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools, marketing platforms, and B2B marketing concepts
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
