Job Description

We are urgently hiring Business Development Executives to sell PR and media publication services to founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

Freshers can apply. Immediate joiners preferred.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role involving heavy outbound calling and direct client interaction. Ideal for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and hungry to close deals.

What You'll Do

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to potential clients
  • Pitch PR and media publication services with confidence
  • Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
  • Set up meetings with founders and business leaders
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
  • Consistently follow up to drive conversions
  • Track leads and updates in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate internally after deal closure
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Strong communicator with convincing skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales pressure
  • Confident speaking with senior professionals
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Any exposure to sales, telesales, or business development
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
  • Interest in PR, media, or branding
