Job Description
We're hiring | Marketing Executive – Customer Engagement & Growth
We're looking for someone who can own the customer journey like a product. Understand the customer, identify gaps, build initiatives, launch them, measure outcomes and continuously improve.
You'll own initiatives across CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, digital channels, customer engagement and online reputation.
2–5 years of experience preferred. Experience in mobility, travel, logistic or e-commerce is a plus .
