Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Marketing Executive (Female) to support our business development initiatives through
direct field marketing and client engagement. The role involves meeting potential customers across Pune, generating leads, promoting company services, and coordinating with the internal team to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, commercial sites, builders, IT parks, and business hubs to promote services and generate new leads.
- Create awareness about company offerings including: Service-Now Consultancy, Data Center Infrastructure, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi Solutions, Structured Cabling, Active Networking, Network Consultancy, AV & Video Conferencing, Security & Surveillance.
- Identify & approach potential customers and market segments across Pune.
- Explain solutions and gather business requirements from prospects.
- Schedule client meetings/demos for the sales & technical team.
- Maintain records of field visits, interactions, and leads in CRM or internal formats.
- Support participation in events, exhibitions, branding activities, and local promotions.
- Assist in digital marketing follow-ups and outreach as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- 01 year of experience in sales/marketing freshers passionate about field marketing can apply.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Friendly demeanor and confidence in customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel locally across Pune on a daily basis for field assignments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and social media.
