Salary Range: 2,50,000 3,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive. The role involves both field marketing and office-based activities, focusing on brand promotion, customer engagement, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of the organization.

Candidates with prior experience in the Hearing Aid industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and develop marketing campaigns.
• Promote the brand and products to ENT doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Develop and present innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
• Manage promotional activities, events, and product exhibitions.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials and creative content.
• Coordinate internal marketing initiatives to align with organizational culture and goals.
• Track and monitor campaign performance and competitor activities.
• Understand customer needs and ensure effective follow-up to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing partners and internal teams to achieve objectives.
• Contribute to strategic marketing and sales improvement plans.
• Support brand visibility and uphold company values.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant marketing experience (Healthcare / Hearing Aid industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, strategies, and digital marketing.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software applications.
• Must be based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane no outstation candidates will be considered.
