Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating promotional materials, managing social media and marketing campaigns. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various channels (social media, TV, print, etc.).
• Handle exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives and stay updated with trends, brand awareness, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the creative and designer to produce engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the department.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with operations and other departments to align and execute marketing plan.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners to support campaign execution.
• Prepare and present regular reports on various marketing activities and social media performance etc including insights and recommendations for improvement as per departments need.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

Qualifications & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills

• Prior experience in marketing or related roles
• Proficient in market research and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media tools such as SEO, SMM,etc
• Familiarity in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
