Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will spearhead marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote DCC Animal Hospital's mission and services. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, overseeing content creation, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure efficiency and success. Additionally, the role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and attract target audiences.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Management
• Strong expertise in campaign planning, marketing strategy, and market research
• Proficiency in content creation tools along with excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Solid analytical abilities with hands-on experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and SEO/SEM
• Experience in basic CRM activities such as resolving client queries and coordinating with internal teams
• Ability to manage and collaborate with FOE/front-desk teams for smooth customer experience and lead flow
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the healthcare or pet-care industry will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
