We deliver research-driven insights and high-impact media solutions including sponsored content, newsletters, podcasts, and advertising campaigns to global technology leaders.

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager who can execute data-backed campaigns, drive measurable growth, and build scalable marketing systems.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing, growth campaigns, and automation workflows for Compute Forecast and its clients.

This role requires:

Strong expertise in paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)

Ownership of campaign budgets and ROI

Deep understanding of digital media services

Ability to generate inbound leads for the sales team

Strong reporting and building dashboard capability (PowerBI)

Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation and efficiency

The ideal candidate must have managed a minimum $5,000 monthly marketing budget and should be able to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Meta Ads

Manage a minimum $5,000 monthly budget

Continuously optimize:

Cost per lead (CPL)

Conversion rates

Engagement metrics

ROI

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and targeting

Drive campaigns aligned with lead generation and brand positioning

Daily website content promotion

Inbound Lead Generation & Funnel Building

Build structured inbound marketing funnels

Generate qualified leads for the sales team through:

Paid campaigns

Content marketing

SEO strategies

Newsletter campaigns

Optimize landing pages and conversion paths

Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion

Digital Media & Content Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute strategies for:

Advert banner campaigns

Content marketing & sponsored articles

Newsletter sponsorships

Podcasts and interviews

Align marketing efforts with partnership packs and sponsored campaigns

Translate technical research into clear, compelling marketing messaging

Support demand generation through content-led campaigns

Analytics, Reporting & PowerBI Dashboards

Build and manage reports using:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Google Tag Manager

LinkedIn Analytics

Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for:

Campaign performance

Lead tracking

Website analytics

Social media performance

Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations

Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly

SEO & Organic Growth

Conduct keyword research and tracking

Optimize content for on-page SEO (metadata, structure, linking)

Support off-page SEO through partnerships and backlinks

Improve:

Organic traffic

Search rankings

Website visibility

Social Media Growth & AI-Driven Automation

Manage and scale social media presence across:

LinkedIn

X (Twitter)

Instagram

Threads

BlueSky

Use AI tools for:

Scheduling posts

Content planning

Automation workflows

Increase:

Followers

Impressions

Engagement

Website traffic from social channels

Email Marketing & Automation:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns

Build automated email sequences using CRM tools (HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)

Use AI tools to optimize:

Email content

Segmentation

Personalization

Track performance metrics:

Open rates

CTR

Conversion rates

Continuously optimize email campaigns for lead generation

Newsletter Management

Plan, create, and publish newsletters

Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and frequency

Optimize newsletters for:

Engagement

Lead generation

Brand positioning

Track and improve performance metrics

Marketing Tools & Technology Stack

Hands-on experience required with:

Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

LinkedIn Analytics

PowerBI dashboards

CRM tools (HubSpot, Brevo or similar)

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)

Canva, Photoshop

Video editing tools (Premiere Pro or equivalent)

Client Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Speak with clients to understand:

Campaign goals

Target audience

Budget and expectations

Align marketing strategy with:

Partnership packs

Sponsored campaigns

Translate complex research topics into clear marketing positioning

Coordinate timelines across:

Editorial team

Sales team

Design team

Ensure smooth execution from campaign strategy to reporting

Growth & Performance Optimization

Track and improve:

Website traffic

Identify new growth opportunities across channels

Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience

Proven experience managing $5,000+ monthly ad budget

Hands-on experience with:

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Meta Ads

Experience in inbound lead generation and funnel building

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
