About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at Competitive Cracker (Only candidates from Kochi or those willing to relocate to Kochi from anywhere in Kerala are preferred. Proficiency in Malayalam is required. ) You'll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for our competitive exam preparation courses, managing digital content, coordinating with faculty, and driving student enrollments.
What You'll Do
Course Marketing & Launch
- Identify new course opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute launch campaigns including posters, live sessions, and promotional content
- Manage result announcement campaigns and student success stories
Digital Content Management
- Create monthly YouTube and Instagram content calendars
- Coordinate video shoots and content production with media team
- Develop SEO content, blogs, and promotional materials
- Ensure daily social media posting and engagement
Community & Lead Generation
- Manage free student groups and share educational content
- Plan and execute webinars from registration to follow-up
- Allocate leads to sales team and track conversion metrics
- Collect and analyze data for targeted marketing
Faculty & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty for promotional videos and webinars
- Work closely with media, design, and sales teams
- Maintain studio bookings and production schedules
- Ensure timely content release across platforms
What We're Looking For
Education:Any Degree
Experience:Candidates with Edutech Marketing experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Content planning and creative thinking
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and webinar platforms
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
