Marketing Representative - Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Executives to join our expanding team in Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara. If you are passionate about healthcare, possess a strong sales acumen, and excel at building relationships, we want to hear from you!
For hospital, Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services, specialties (e.g., cardiology, oncology, etc.), and brand to the public.
Plan and organize health camps, patient education workshops, and community outreach programs to generate awareness and patient leads.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and medical professionals to establish a robust referral network.
Coordinate and oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media interactions, and brand-building events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand patient needs, and monitor competitor activities.
Collaborate with various hospital departments, including administration, clinical staff, and patient care, to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Represent the hospital at local events, conferences, and seminars to enhance its brand image.
Responsibilities for SPDY
* Proactively promote and sell SPDY Pharma's pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and doctors within the assigned territory (Ahmedabad & Vadodara).
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness and adoption.
* Conduct regular visits to pharmacies and clinics to present product information, samples, and promotional materials.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
* Provide accurate and timely sales reports and feedback to the management team.
* Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and sales processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
* Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad or Vadodara or Surat
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
