Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy)
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in any manufacturing engineering industrial/B2B marketing, in any manufacturing engineering industry or Transformer s industry, transformers components industry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Market Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the transformer industry
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and market forecasts.
- Develop region-wise and segment-wise marketing strategies in coordination with senior management.
2. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Generate and qualify leads through exhibitions, digital channels, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM software, including contact history, status updates, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
3. Technical Marketing & Documentation
- Create and maintain technical brochures, product datasheets, application notes, and marketing collateral.
- Support the preparation of proposals, respond to technical queries, and assist in client presentations.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions with an emphasis on Transformers material specifications.
4.Field visit at customer place : Visiting the customers site and getting inquiries. Building a customer base
5. Digital & Offline Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, webinars, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and optimize based on data insights.
- Coordinate offline marketing efforts such as trade shows, customer meetings, and industry exhibitions.
6. Customer Interaction & Event Coordination
- Engage with customers to address inquiries, schedule meetings, and facilitate technical discussions.
- Lead marketing efforts for exhibitions, conferences and factory visits.
- Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights to refine marketing materials and customer engagement strategies.
