Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on space and defence, you will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our organization. You will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our products and services within the aerospace and defence sectors. This position requires an understanding of the unique market dynamics in these industries, as well as a passion for cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the space and defence sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC, display ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize industry-specific channels and platforms to reach targeted audiences in the aerospace and defence sectors.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, technical content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) that showcases our expertise in space and defence
  • Oversee the management of digital assets, including social media posts, website content, and multimedia (images, videos) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry news, trends, and developments to craft compelling narratives.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct research to identify trends, target demographics, and emerging opportunities within the space and defence sectors.
  • Perform competitor analysis to benchmark digital marketing performance and identify gaps in our digital strategy.

Social Media & Online Presence:

  • Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), focusing on building a community within the space and defence ecosystem.
  • Drive engagement by sharing relevant industry news, company updates, and product information.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user experience to maximize lead generation from digital channels.
  • Track and measure the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent, and report ROI.

Partnerships & Events:

  • Collaborate with industry partners and influencers to expand our digital footprint in the space and defence sectors.
  • Support the promotion of industry events, webinars, and trade shows through digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyse campaign performance data to assess success and refine digital strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions, with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to space, defence, or technology sectors.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media management.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into accessible content.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, especially in aerospace and defence.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the space and defence industries, including understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or technology-driven sectors.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing tools.
