Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting marketing operations, brand communication, and campaign execution for Arvog and Gold Loan business initiatives. The role involves coordinating with agencies, managing marketing assets, maintaining digital platforms, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Efficiency and Business Continuity
- Manage billing and vendor coordination for marketing activities including printing, social media, website management, PR, and other marketing agencies.
- Maintain inventory for marketing materials such as employee joining kits, brochures, visiting cards, and other branding collateral.
- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing and operations teams to support lead conversion and customer engagement initiatives.
2. Strengthen Brand Presence and Communication
- Update new branch details (address and latitude/longitude) on the store locator section of **Arvog and **Augmont websites.
- Ensure all scheduled posts are published on social media platforms in coordination with the **Mettle social media agency.
- Coordinate with agencies to finalize and implement the monthly social media content plan before the start of each month.
- Support and monitor BTL campaigns for Augmont Gold Loans, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
- Manage updates and maintenance of the Arvog website in coordination with the **Codebusters website agency.
- Ensure quarterly updates of the Investor Deck Presentation and share the updated deck with relevant stakeholders through **Adfactors PR.
- Share 24 trending industry articles with the PR team before the 5th of every month to position *Finkurve Financial Services Limited as a thought leader.
- Coordinate with agencies to publish two blogs on the Arvog website every month.
3. Provide Marketing Support to Directors
- Manage LinkedIn profiles of Directors including content planning and post sharing.
- Plan, design, and distribute gift hampers for Directors during festive occasions such as Diwali and New Year.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at improving performance for the Gold Loan business.
4. Agency Coordination and Marketing Performance Monitoring
- Review deliverables from PR, social media, and website agencies to ensure all agreed services are delivered effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Simplify MIS reports and dashboards to improve visibility and facilitate management review.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or brand operations.
- Experience in financial services, NBFC, or fintech sector will be an added advantage.
