Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Follow up with leads and ensure successful deal closure
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or digital marketing agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing to retail chains, franchise networks, or multi-location businesses
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
