Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Follow up with leads and ensure successful deal closure
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or digital marketing agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing to retail chains, franchise networks, or multi-location businesses
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
