MIT Art, Design and Technology University (MIT ADT), Pune, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our regional admissions teams in Kolkata (Salt Lake City / Rajarhat) and Guwahati.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the face of the university in your region, playing a critical role in guiding students and parents through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively engage in field marketing activities, including the distribution of brochures and promotional materials at strategic locations, schools, and coaching centers.
- Tele-Counseling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads to explain various program offerings and USPs of MIT ADT University.
- In-Office Counseling: Greet and assist walk-in inquiries at the regional office, providing detailed information regarding courses, eligibility, and the application process.
- Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving admission-related doubts via phone, email, or in person.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions using Microsoft Excel.
- Presentation: Assist in regional seminars or webinars using PowerPoint to showcase the university's infrastructure and placement records.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any stream).
- Experience: Previous experience in education marketing or sales is a plus, but freshers with high energy are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and the local language (Bengali for Kolkata / Assamese for Guwahati) to effectively communicate with parents and local stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for lead tracking) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during the peak admission season (typically March to August).

Pay range and compensation package
