School & Junior College Outreach
- Visit junior colleges, schools, and coaching institutes regularly.
- Conduct career guidance interactions with students of 11th and 12th.
- Build relationships with principals, teachers, and counselors.
- Coordinate seminars, counseling sessions, and admission awareness activities.
Lead Generation & Student Counseling
- Generate admission leads through on-ground engagement.
- Explain available courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and placements.
- Guide students and parents regarding career options after 12th.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow-ups.
Local Marketing Execution
- Execute local marketing activities such as:
- Poster campaigns
- Pamphlet distribution
- Bus stand / market activations
- Education fairs
- Support admission events, counseling camps, and roadshows.
Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with:
- School management
- Coaching centers
- Education consultants
- Maintain long-term engagement with institutional partners.
5. Data Reporting & Follow-up
- Submit daily activity reports (DAR).
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Provide ground insights about student preferences and competitor activities.

- Collect insights about:
- Competitor institutions
- Fee structures
- Popular courses
- Student migration trends
