Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate admissions through ATL and BTL marketing activities such as seminars in schools and residential areas
  • Achieve targets via school visits and business development meetings with key stakeholders
  • Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, leading to successful enrollments
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards

Role Requirements:

  • Calm, empathetic, and persuasive customer handling
  • Strong networking and seminar presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and regional language
  • Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred: BTech, MBA, or Master's in Psychology/Education

Experience:

  • Prior counseling or career guidance experience
  • Background in B2C sales across any industry
