Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Palghat for a Marketing Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales and marketing strategies, and developing partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will also involve conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in developing Marketing Strategies, Market Research, and analyzing business opportunities
• Strong skills in Sales, Partnership Building, and Customer Retention
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to meet targets and oversee complex projects
• Knowledge of healthcare hygiene and disinfection markets is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
