Key Responsibilities
Corporate Events& Engagement
- Plan and execute end-to-end B2B eventstradeshows, conferences, roundtables, customer events.
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, AV setup, branding, catering, and post-event reporting.
- Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Drive lead generation, brand engagement, and client relationship development through strategic event participation.
- Maintain a centralised event calendar integrated with overall marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate creation of event-related content, creatives, and videos with internal teams and external agencies.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and execute email campaigns for lead generation, engagement, product updates, and event promotions.
- Build audience segments based on personas, funnel stage, and engagement metrics.
- Develop and manage automation workflows (e.g., newsletters, lead nurturing, onboarding).
- Plan and execute A/B tests across subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and maintain strong email deliverability using authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Monitor email KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain CRM and email databases, ensuring high-quality data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B event management and/or email marketing (IT, SaaS, Pharma, or Consulting sectors preferred).
- Proven experience managing vendors and executing end-to-end corporate events.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of email authentication and compliance protocols (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsacross functions.
- Basic HTML for troubleshooting email templates is a plus.
- Analytical mindsetwith proficiency in reporting tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
