Role Description
This is a full-time, on-siteMarketing & Engagement Managerrole based inNew Delhi. You will own D Globalist's engagement strategy and brand positioning, lead integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, and translate insights into high-impact storytelling and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with product, business development, and creative teams to build a consistent narrative, strengthen community engagement, and drive growth across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and engagement strategy across priority audiences.
- Plan and execute integrated brand and GTM campaigns across digital, social, community, and offline touchpoints.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to inform segmentation, positioning, and campaign direction.
- Track performance and ROI across campaigns; manage dashboards, experimentation (A/B testing), and KPI reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, BD, and creative teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and execution excellence.
- Support budget planning and agency/vendor management as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in brand, growth, marketing, or community-led marketing roles.
- Strong capability in brand strategy and execution, including positioning and messaging.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics (GA4 or equivalent), KPI tracking, reporting, and experimentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; ability to manage budgets and external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required Exposure
- Prior experience working in astartupenvironment.
- Exposure to building or marketing within afounders communityecosystem.
- Experience withapplication marketing(e.g., driving nominations, sign-ups, onboarding, or community/product adoption).
