Job Description

  • Candidate should come from product marketing background

Job Description

  • Define and lead overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and brand direction.
  • Own product marketing, driving market segmentation, competitive insights, and gotomarket plans for launches.
  • Build demandgeneration programs across digital channels to grow pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Develop highimpact content and sales enablement assets to support product adoption and revenue teams.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on GTM execution.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, using data to refine campaigns, improve funnel metrics, and maximize ROI.
  • Hire and develop a lean, highperforming marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners.
  • Represent the brand externally, driving thought leadership through events, webinars, and ecosystem engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of overall experience ,with a strong background in product marketing.
  • Should be in a people management role for the past 3 years.
  • Should understand SaaS and should be comfortable building the team from scratch.
  • Experience working with founders is a good to have . This will be a hands on role.
