The Director Marketing will lead the company's brand strategy, public relations, and content initiatives to strengthen market positioning and drive growth in the HR Tech space. This role is responsible for building brand visibility, shaping compelling narratives, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategy to enhance market presence and differentiation
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across website, campaigns, and communications
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception and thought leadership
Public Relations
- Lead PR strategy including media outreach, press releases, and industry visibility initiatives
- Build relationships with media, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage external communications and brand reputation
Content Strategy
- Drive strategic content planning aligned with brand and business goals
- Oversee creation of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, website content, and leadership articles
- Ensure all content supports SEO objectives and audience engagement
Performance & Insights
- Monitor website and content performance using analytics tools
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or MBA in Marketing
- 1012 years of experience in branding, PR, content marketing, and digital strategy
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
