Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will oversee marketing strategies and campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. The role involves leading the marketing team, managing key partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of promotional activities. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with organizational objectives and drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management for FinTech platforms.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends and customer needs
• Strong skills in Marketing and Sales to drive business growth and client engagement
• Proven leadership and team management experience. Prior experience in crypto is a bonus
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
