Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a go-to-market plan for business launch, including budget, forecast, efficiency targets, and channel and partner selection.
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to own growth marketing strategy and inform customer-facing experience across acquisition and retention.
  • Build dashboards to measure and share results on business-critical KPIs such as volume, CAC, retention, and LTV/payback; track achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Post-launch, design and implement optimization tests across the end-to-end customer funnel, from acquisition through lifecycle retention.
  • Develop and drive lifecycle retention programs, including transactional messaging, trigger programs, and large-scale campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product and creative to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting for program management.
  • Own management and results of ad channels post-launch, including budgeting, reporting, and efficiency optimization.
  • Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8-10+ years of prior experience in marketing strategy.
  • Experience driving engagement on social or internal platforms and creating event calendars and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex problems and create structure from scratch.
  • Demonstrated proactive communication skills and experience handling multiple stakeholders.
