Job Description

Position Overview

The Director, Marketing will lead and optimize all aspects of marketing for our startup customer in Gurgaon, a new rapidly growing health tech product company.

This role involves corporate marketing, product marketing, and conferences management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in marketing and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing for impact

Create and execute a multi-year multi-channel marketing plan, including communication strategy and tactics for

Company website

LinkedIn promotion

Social Media

Conferences

Other channels, as appropriate

Create and manage a marketing budget, to ensure optimal spend and ROI

Identify US conferences for company attendance, manage all aspects of conference participation (contract with the conference, booth setup (as needed), etc.)

  • Content development

Create required business collaterals, outreach content, sales decks, intro presentations, case studies, white papers, articles, blogs, posts, thought leadership articles, brochures, product sleeks and other sales,promotional materials, in collaboration with Humigent cross-functional team.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Product management, Sales, Customer Success, tech team and external agencies to align on and execute marketing priorities

  • Compliance & Governance

Ensure marketing activities adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, preferably in healthcare and/or health tech.
  • Expertise in product marketing and corporate marketing branding, website content development, LinkedIn marketing, marketing analytics, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A self-starter, creative thinker, and collaborative problem solver.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing ROI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility to work with US-based stakeholders availability for team meetings in the 9 a.m. noon EST hours.
  • Ability to travel to the US for conferences.
