Job Description

  • Execute the loading and maintenance of digital content across various channels while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, digital strategists, and DAM specialists for effective content implementation.
  • Perform basic web and back-end development tasks such as applying SEO recommendations, optimizing URL structures, and understanding site architecture.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables to ensure SEO compliance and branding standards are met prior to campaign launches.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical support by managing division inquiries via support inboxes and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize web tools such as content management systems (Sitecore), digital asset management systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge management by updating resources and identifying process enhancements.
