Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality, visually appealing videos aligned with brand identity
- Create motion graphics and animations (reels, ads, intros, transitions, explainer videos)
- Design static creatives including social media posts, carousels, banners, and ad visuals
- Ensure consistent brand aesthetic and visual language across all content
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
- Optimize content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage and organize project files and assets efficiently
- Stay updated with latest design trends, editing styles, and content formats
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and visual composition
- Understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific formats
- Ability to create content that is both visually engaging and performance-driven
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio showcasing video, motion, and static design work
Good to Have
- Experience in working with brand guidelines and visual identity systems
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and color grading
- Exposure to performance marketing creatives (ads, hooks, short-form content)
