Summary
The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) and should also possess strong data analytics capabilities. This role focuses on improving the percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions while leveraging data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze data to enhance lead volume and quality, optimize marketing budgets, and improve overall funnel efficiency.
The analyst will track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, generating actionable insights to boost engagement, conversions, and ROI. Candidates with a background in
Automotive or Retail industries will be preferred, as it adds valuable domain understanding to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection Tracking
- Track key marketing metrics such as events, conversions, and user interactions across websites and apps using tools like Google Analytics.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate user behavior, traffic sources, and engagement across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels.
Reporting Insights
- Build dashboards, visualize data, and present insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations for optimization.
Strategy Optimization
- Identify trends, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and user experience (UX).
Competitor Market Research
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
Strong foundation in
data analysis and interpretation , with the ability to work on large datasets
