Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of marketing execution across multiple products including AI platforms, research solutions, and digital services.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, colaborative and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and SEO, and who enjoys working across content, campaigns, and on-ground marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities for multiple products
- Plan and ensure consistent social media posting (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
- Develop content calendars aligned with product strategy and campaigns
- Coordinate creation of marketing content: posts, creatives, brochures, presentations, emailers
Strategy & Execution
- Support and execute marketing strategies for AI platforms and research products
- Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance of campaigns, social media, and email marketing
- Prepare basic analytics reports and share improvement insights
- Suggest enhancement ideas based on data, trends, and competitor analysis
Email & Outreach
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, promotions)
- Maintain basic email lists and performance tracking
SEO & Website Support
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO
- Coordinate with technical or content teams to improve website visibility
Events & Exhibitions
- Coordinate and attend industry exhibitions / trade shows (approx. once a month)
- Support pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination roles
Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing fundamentals
- Social media management & content planning
- SEO basics and best practices
- Campaign tracking and analytics
- Experience managing multiple products or brands is a plus
- Comfortable working with analytics tools, spreadsheets, and reports
