Insurity's NextMarketing Coordinator
We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help keep key marketing programs, launches, and cross-functional initiatives moving smoothly and effectively. In this role, you'll coordinate high-impact marketing activities, keep teams aligned, and ensure important details don't fall through the cracks. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work, collaborating across teams, and helping great marketing get out the door.
What Our Marketing Coordinator Will Do
- Manage intake of recurring marketing requests and ensure work is logged, routed, prioritized, and tracked through completion.
- Support presentation and deck updates by gathering inputs, applying basic formatting and approved content edits, tracking versions, and coordinating review cycles.
- Coordinate scheduling, stakeholder follow-up, and action tracking across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support webinars and other events by assisting with scheduling, speaker coordination, webinar logistics and platform setup, content preparation using approved messaging, registration workflow support, and attendee list management.
- Maintain Salesforce-related event data, file naming and version control, repositories, shared marketing assets, trackers, calendars, and documentation so teams can work efficiently and stay aligned.
- Support the execution of key marketing programs and initiatives by helping manage timelines, deliverables, status tracking, progress reporting, and next-step follow-up across teams.
- Support development and distribution of marketing materials by coordinating inputs, routing drafts for review, managing versions, and ensuring assets are finalized accurately and on time.
- Help improve day-to-day marketing operations by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and create better ways of working.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, project management, or a related field in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across teams, coordinating next steps, and keeping projects moving with clear communication and strong follow-up.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with approved messaging and materials while supporting updates, reviews, formatting, and workflow coordination.
- Interest in product marketing, campaign execution, launches, sales enablement, webinars, or go-to-market operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
