Role Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage communication between clients and influencers for both barter and paid campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating clear campaign briefs, coordinating with influencers, and ensuring smooth campaign execution from onboarding to completion.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives, target audience, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Collect and document detailed product and campaign briefs.
• Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Share campaign briefs with influencers and communicate expectations clearly.
• Negotiate collaboration terms for both barter and paid partnerships.
• Coordinate product shipments and track deliveries for barter campaigns.
• Manage influencer communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Ensure influencers submit content for review and approval before posting.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and posting schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and collect metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of influencer databases, contracts, payments, and campaign reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and clients.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, account management, or campaign coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling both barter and paid influencer campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of influencer analytics and campaign reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with agencies, D2C brands, or e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge of influencer discovery and management tools.
• Understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing metrics.
