Job Description

Customer service representatives, handling difficult customer service situations, and improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for ensuring that their company's customers are satisfied with the products or services they receive.
  • Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the clients behalf.
  • Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations.
  • Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Test new strategies for driving customer value.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Managing the day-to-day operations.
  • Managing a customer base and developing plans to increase business.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, persuasion skills, time management
  • Data Management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer experience tools.
