Job Overview
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation for Transcell Biologics & Biosciences. This role oversees all content planning, production, distribution, and performance tracking across digital channels to ensure consistent messaging and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a data-driven content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain a content calendar covering blogs, social media, email campaigns, website content, and thought-leadership assets.
- Identify relevant industry topics, trends, and themes to shape content direction.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and supervise high-quality content including articles, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, scripts, and marketing collateral.
- Manage external writers, agencies, and creative partners when required.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Optimize web content for search engines to improve organic traffic and ranking.
- Collaborate with SEO and performance marketing teams to align content with keyword strategies and campaign goals.
- Maintain and enhance digital presence across blogs, social platforms, and owned media.
Campaign Execution
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and lead-generation activities with tailored content.
- Work with sales teams to create impactful customer-facing materials.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for cross-channel distribution.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rate
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 58years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO, content management systems (CMS), social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, biotech, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with growth marketing and performance metrics.
