Responsibilities
- Write, proofread, and edit high-quality technical marketing content, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, product guides, web content, and campaign copy.
- Create compelling, audience-focused copy that clearly communicates product value and differentiators across digital and print channels.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all technical content by reviewing and refining content created by product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Develop technical storytelling and narratives that position HCLSoftware as a leader in enterprise software and innovation.
- Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement teams to deliver content aligned with campaigns and business goals.
Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in technical content writing, copywriting, or content marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A technical background or exposure to software technologies is a strong plus.
Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong experience in Security and IT operations will be preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
- Strong experience in copywriting for digital campaigns, web content, and product storytelling.
- Familiarity with content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
