The Specialist, Marketing Communications is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications that strengthen Armstrong's corporate, product and solution brands while driving customer engagement across the region.
The role leads brand communications across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging through digital platforms, marketing collateral, exhibitions, showrooms and customer engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate should possess strong branding and communication skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to deliver compelling customer experiences while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Develop and continuously enhance Armstrong's corporate brand communication strategy to strengthen the corporate brand, product brands and solution branding across all regions.
- Establish and govern Armstrong's brand standards and visual identity framework to ensure consistency in branding, messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Enhance Armstrong's brand guidelines and communication standards.
Marketing Communications & Content Development
- Partner with Overseas Business Units (OBUs), technical marketing teams and functional departments to translate technical capabilities, manufacturing expertise, products and solutions into compelling marketing communications that enhance Armstrong's market presence and support business growth.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, sales kits, sample kits, videos, application stories, newsletters and technical marketing materials.
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly marketing communications.
- Lead integrated communication strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment across different OBUs.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Develop and optimise Armstrong's digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain the corporate website and lead SEO and digital marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility, improve customer engagement, generate qualified leads and support business growth across global markets.
- Manage LinkedIn and other digital communication platforms.
Customer Experience & Brand Touchpoints
- Manage customer-facing brand touchpoints including showrooms, exhibitions, websites, social media and marketing materials to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Overseas Business Units, technical marketing teams and functional departments to ensure alignment and consistency of branding and communications across regions and business functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, digital marketing or corporate communications.
- Experience in B2B industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, medical or technology sectors is preferred but not essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related discipline.
