The Opportunity

The Talent
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Approximately 4-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer industry.
- Demonstrated experience in media planning, digital marketing, public relations, and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of the luxury consumer landscape and brand communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, budget tracking, and presentations.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to respond effectively to changing business priorities and market trends.
The Job
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Plan and optimize media investments across traditional, digital, and social channels to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner closely with media, PR, and creative agencies to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, editors, and key opinion leaders to drive positive brand exposure.
- Lead influencer engagement initiatives, including product seeding, gifting campaigns, media events, and collaborations to increase social media visibility.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and monitor campaign performance to improve customer engagement and online traffic.
- Oversee marketing communications budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and cost optimization.
- Work collaboratively with regional and local cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business and brand objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance communication strategies and strengthen brand positioning
