Marketing Communications Manager

TECH MAHINDRA is hiring for a position in Marketing Communications in MUMBAI

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Project Manager - Marketing Communication who is also a Creative Designer with a strong foundation in visual design, motion graphics, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality creative solutions across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver branding, marketing, and communication creatives across multiple formats.

Develop motion graphics, videos, presentations, and brand assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Contribute to campaign ideation, creative strategy, and solution-driven concepts.

Manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, IT, content, and clients.

Support pitch decks, proposals, events, and on-ground branding requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and video storytelling.

Experience in campaign ideation and creative strategy.

Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in agency, brand, or tech-driven marketing environments.

Familiarity with event branding, experiential marketing, and AI-enabled creative tools.
