Position Purpose
This regional role is responsible for the successful execution of brand management standards, marketing & strategic communications, media, and customer / external PR, and digital and social media strategies of the organization. Working closely with regional marketing, commercial groups and global marketing communications leadership, this leader will manage the development, integration and execution of all marketing communication strategies and programs designed to promote, support new product launches, and enhance and protect brand reputation across the region and key market segments.
What You'll Do
- Manage and effectively deploy all marketing, advertising, external/customer public relations, and promotional efforts on behalf of the organization, driving best practices and the overall effectiveness and productivity of the regional deployment of global marketing and growth strategies
- Benchmark and analyze competitive advertising, promotions, and positioning
- Develop and implement marketing communication campaigns within the region that align with the regional and global strategy. Such campaigns employ all appropriate print and electronic media, including traditional printed sales collateral, advertising, video, e-Marketing, web presence, and trade show presentations
- Administer regional dashboards to measure and manage metrics to improve functional effectiveness and return on investment results. Oversee and monitor performance of marketing agency and external suppliers/partners ensuring high quality products and timely compliance with initiative timelines
- Collaborate with appropriate marketing and sales leadership to develop strategic communication processes that capture intended branding, positioning, and key selling messages. Writes communication plans and copy that supports strategic communication objectives
- Serve as the primary manager of Internal Communications in close collaboration and partnership with corporate communications. Serve as a communication advisor in the allocated field of responsibility
- Participate in and provide communications support of new product launches
- Collect and manage regional sales leads (analysis of leads) resulting from communication efforts
- Provide support, collaborate with, and adhere to governance of all Corporate Communications standards and initiatives as required
- Lead and/or contribute to specific market development and growth programmes as required

- Successful experience leading marketing or communications activity on a regional or country level
- Resourceful, creative, and driven to achieve measurable results; technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity desired
- Prior solutions/product marketing experience preferred; creative experience in marketing communications is highly desirable
- Must have the ability to think strategically as well as execute on a regional basis. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail and the ability to manage resources both internal and external to the organization
- Demonstrated success managing company and product brands in a regional market
- Ability to effectively execute strategies, messages, and materials that successfully promote SEE products and solutions to gain competitive advantage and to actively support growth strategies, new product launches, and market expansion efforts
- Substantial experience designing, planning, executing, and supervising trade shows with measurable return-on-investment and target achievement
- Demonstrated and successful experience utilizing contemporary media channels for marketing, branding and communications initiatives. Experience developing communication processes, tools, and methodologies for business leaders and customers to facilitate engagement, positive communications, and drives business results
