ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

:Strategic Planning and Leadershi

  • pDevelop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • .Set marketing goals and objectives and ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision
  • .Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marcom team

.Market Research and Analysi

  • sConduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • .Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • .Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

.Brand Managemen

  • tOversee the creation and management of the company's brand strategy
  • .Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
  • .Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and awareness

.Digital Marketing and Innovatio

  • nLead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • .Stay abreast of new marketing technologies and innovations, and implement those that can drive business growth

.Product Marketin

  • gCollaborate with product management and sales teams to define marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
  • .Ensure effective product launches and positioning in the market

.Budget Managemen

  • tDevelop and manage the Marcom budget
  • .Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • .Track marketing spend and provide regular financial updates to the executive team

.Partnerships and Public Relation

  • sFoster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media
  • .Oversee public relations efforts and ensure a positive company image
  • .Manage external agencies and vendors as needed

.Customer Relationship Management (CRM

  • )Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • .Use CRM data to drive marketing decisions and personalize customer interactions
