About the role

We're looking for a sharp, strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead integrated marcom initiatives that build brand equity and drive measurable business impact. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, digital, PR, and events shaping how our brand speaks, shows up, and resonates with the right audiences. This role demands both creative instinct and analytical rigor, and a bias for making things happen.

What you'll do

Brand & Content

Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and messaging framework across all touchpoints

Oversee creation of high-quality content thought leadership pieces, case studies, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral

Partner with design teams to ensure visual and verbal brand alignment

Digital & Social Media

Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid media

Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights

Manage the brand's social media presence, editorial calendar, and community engagement strategy

PR & Communications

Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry analysts

Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and spokesperson briefs

Manage crisis communication protocols and brand reputation proactively

Events & Campaigns

Own end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, industry conferences, webinars, and activations

Drive integrated marketing campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis

Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery within budget and timelines

What you bring

3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or an integrated marcom role

Proven track record managing brand, digital, PR, and events simultaneously

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or equivalents)

Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Data-driven mindset comfortable building reports, interpreting campaign performance, and adjusting strategy accordingly

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
