Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communication & Brand Execution
- Translate business priorities into clear, relevant marketing and communication campaigns.
- Drive narrative consistency across global offices by managing communication plans for business events, talent initiatives, and leadership updates.
- Own communication deliverables for leadership town halls, sales decks, business contests, executive updates, and cultural campaigns.
2. Talent Marketing & Employer Branding
- Design and deploy campaigns that strengthen Collabera's employer brand and attract top talent across multiple geographies.
- Own the GTC career site content, employee engagement branding, and recruiter/sales enablement toolkits.
- Partner closely with CTA, HR, and TA to amplify EVP, campus engagement, and digital recruitment storytelling.
3. Digital, Social & Content Marketing
- Lead day-to-day execution across digital and social channelsespecially LinkedInwith strong grip on audience, voice, and brand tone.
- Own content calendar: flyers, videos, newsletters, leadership blogs, Zero Hour magazine, success stories, etc.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Lumen5) to increase speed, scale, and creativity of content production.
4. Business-Aligned Campaigns & Demand Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to support co-branded marketing, B2B storytelling, and lead-gen campaigns.
- Conceptualize and manage high-impact, business-tied campaigns around conferences, client visits, contests, and quarterly recognition.
- Track basic campaign performance and market sentiment using tools and dashboards to refine approach.
5. Reputation & Global Brand Presence
- Manage online presence including Glassdoor/Google Reviews, and ensure consistent brand visibility across platforms.
- Elevate Collabera GTC's digital voice through storytelling that reflects purpose, people, and performance.
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage a small but stable MarCom team of designers, writers, and campaign coordinators.
- Set direction, provide creative feedback, and build team capability in AI adoption, content agility, and visual identity discipline.
- Work closely with global stakeholders in India, US/Canada, and GCC to align priorities and deliverables.
