The Opportunity
At Muses, we run UGC programmes that generate hundreds of pieces of content per month for some of the fastest-growing consumer apps and tech brands. The Campaign Manager owns the full lifecycle of that: finding creators, recruiting them, onboarding them, reviewing their content, and pushing the programme forward every 24 hours. You'll also be the person who goes into the data, synthesises what's working, and turns that into a clear strategy for the next day, then reports it back to the client.

Please note: This is not a strategy-only role. You will be deeply involved in execution every day.
What You'll Own:
- Creator sourcing & recruitment: finding the right nano and micro creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts; proactively hunting them down on platform, building pipelines, and keeping the funnel full
- Vetting & interviews: screening creators against brand fit, content quality, and reliability; conducting onboarding calls and setting clear expectations from day one
- Onboarding & activation: getting creators started quickly, briefed properly, and creating on time with minimal handholding
- Daily content review: watching, reviewing, and giving feedback on creator content every day; catching what's off and knowing what to push live
- Daily strategy: setting the creative direction for the next day's content based on what's performing and what the brief demands
- Client reporting: pulling together data, synthesising performance, and communicating it clearly to clients on a regular cadence
- Programme operations: keeping the whole machine running: tracking creator output, managing relationships, solving problems as they come up
Who You Are:
- The two things that matter most in this role: operational sharpness and speed. You need to be someone who can hold a lot of moving pieces at once and build the plane while flying it.
- Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Comfortable managing large groups of students or creators and holding them accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised without needing someone to build the system for you. Self-starter mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable reading data and turning it into actionable insights
