The position reports to Vadodara Regional Operations Centre (ROC) Director and you will lead the Data Quality Assurance and Methods area and help achieve the business goals of the function.

This person will lead a team who hold responsibility for the delivery and continued improvement of high quality market representative data. They will coordinate and liaise with stakeholders in our UK offices to ensure the smooth running of business as usual operational processes, ensuring correct timely deliverables.

The Person will be focused on people management and implementing continuously improvement of regular repeated processes to make them more efficient, reliable and cost effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver high-quality work on time and accurately.
  • Plan and manage team capacity across multiple workstreams to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations.
  • Priorities workloads, allocate resources, and remove blockers to ensure smooth business as usual operations.
  • Work closely with UK SMEs and Operational Leaders.
  • Ensure smooth transition of processes to India Centre of Excellence (COE).
  • Lead with a continuous improvement mindset, enhancing team productivity
  • Manage the team using data-driven performance management.
  • Motivate team members based on their performance.
  • Plan for succession of managers and experts in the team.
  • Resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
  • Ensure teams follow standardized processes and maintain high-quality reference materials

Skills & Requirements

Basic Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech from a reputable university.
  • 2+ years of management experience in mid-size teams across multiple locations and levels.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of UK major retail brands, supermarkets and promotional offers
  • Strong attention to detail and drive to achieve high quality of deliverables
  • Strong technical competence, e.g. MS Office products (particularly in MS Excel)
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in market research, especially in working within delivery of high quality market representative data.
  • Solution-oriented individual with creative thinking.
  • Experience in managing operations for a team of 5+ associates.
  • Highly creative individual with a balance of implementation and business knowledge, and excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale.
